Partnership with Castalie: Pure and Sustainable Water

We’ve chosen to partner with Castalie, a French brand specializing in microfiltered water dispensers that are eco-designed and have a low carbon footprint. By installing these fountains in our restaurant, Nectar, and offering Castalie water bottles in our hotel rooms, we’ve eliminated the use of single-use plastic bottles.

This initiative allows us to provide guests with locally sourced water, bottled on-site, while reducing our carbon footprint by nearly 90% compared to traditional bottled water. Castalie’s fountains deliver high-quality water thanks to a microfiltration system that retains essential minerals while removing impurities.

The result is pure, pleasant-tasting water, free from unwanted flavors or odors—enhancing guest comfort.
Additionally, the bottles used in our rooms are reusable, further reducing plastic waste. Castalie’s solutions are made from durable materials such as stainless steel and recyclable glass, strengthening our commitment to sustainability and eco-responsibility.

Collaboration with Unisoap: Recycling for a Humanitarian Cause

Aware of the waste caused by partially used soaps, we’ve partnered with Unisoap, the first French nonprofit dedicated to recycling hotel soaps for humanitarian purposes.

Collected soaps are recycled in a sheltered work environment (ESAT), supporting the professional integration of people with disabilities, and are then redistributed to vulnerable communities.
This initiative allows us to reduce waste while contributing to better hygiene for those most in need.

Responsible Food Waste Management with Les Alchimistes

Managing food waste is a major focus for our establishment. That’s why we work with Les Alchimistes, a company specialized in collecting and composting organic waste in urban areas. Through this collaboration, our food waste is transformed into local compost used to enrich urban green spaces.
This circular approach reduces landfill waste and returns organic matter to the soil. Additionally, we prioritize short supply chains and local products to limit our environmental impact by reducing greenhouse gas emissions linked to food transportation.

Eco-Friendly Guest Amenities with La Bottega

For in-room toiletries, we’ve partnered with La Bottega, specifically their "The Botanist and The Chemist" lines, which are ECOLABEL-certified. This certification ensures the products meet strict environmental criteria, favoring natural ingredients, planet-friendly manufacturing processes, and sustainable packaging.

La Bottega is committed to promoting sustainability throughout its production chain—a commitment we fully share.
To further reduce our environmental impact, we use refillable bottles for these products. This approach aims to minimize single-use plastic and preserve natural resources. By choosing La Bottega, we offer high-quality amenities while supporting a brand that places sustainability at the heart of its values.
