Nectar, as Maison Mère, is a culinary garden and a space for expression that renews itself following the seasons. Discover our two tasting menus Apis and Pollen and immerse yourself in a symphony with several acts, where seasonal ingredients are the main characters.
 

Autumn has arrived at Nectar, bringing with it a gastronomic experience that captures the magic of woodland strolls and the comforting warmth of home.

Apis and Pollen tell a story of the land, the timeless pause of an autumn walk, and the delicate balance between nature and creativity.

By reimagining the flavours of Colombia, Lebanon, Africa, and Japan, Chef Aurélien Lasjuilliarias weaves connections between seasons and cultures, between the longing for far-off places and the desire to reconnect with one’s roots.
